Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended pending investigation, and any balances or bonus credits may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use will be considered your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

Account Suspension & Termination

qr854 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
